The colonic works on the physical level: the gut, the microbiome and the autonomic nervous system. BodyTalk works on the energetic level: the "rest and repair" response and the body's energy systems. Together, they let me see you in a way no single approach can.

A lot of us struggle to let go of something, physical or emotional, or carry a part of ourselves that feels out of our control, like anxiety or low mood. Working on both levels at once, I link your symptoms back to you, so you leave not just feeling different, but knowing why.
