1/ Full digestive health assessment, with a specific focus on how to optimise digestion, absorption , detoxification and the elimination of body waste.
2/ This consultation also involves an in-depth holistic assessment of diet, lifestyle, medical history, family history, sleep, energy patterns, mental health, stress levels, work-life balances etc.
SET OBJECTIVES: Anny defines areas in clients overall health that requires attention. Based on her findings, a plan that prioritises a pathway to health is outlined using diet, lifestyle, life mentoring and herbal medicine.
Following the consultation, your personal ‘Pathway to Health’ guide is prepared.
