We begin with a proper conversation, not a rushed form. I listen to your story in your own words and ask the questions that matter: how you sleep, eat, digest and cope with stress. Then, together, we agree your goals.

Colonic hydrotherapy at The ART of HEALTH is truly holistic. The gut and the nervous system are in constant conversation, and I work with and closely observe both.
