Welcome back. Each colonic builds on everything we learned at your first visit.

We start by looking at what's changed: what's improved, what's been tricky, and how your plan is working in real life. Each follow-up is an assessment of how far you've come one every level, not just digestion, and that shapes the next step. Your progress is documented as we go.

How your digestion responds from one session to the next helps us get closer to the root of things. Clients often come to me with constipation, bloating, diarrhoea, abdominal distension, recurring infections, hormone imbalance, low energy or low mood. As always, I work with the gut and the nervous system together. Understanding that connection can bring lasting change and put you back in charge of your own health.
